Hard to believe that our little peanut is a month old! Seems like she just joined our family and has already changed so much! It is so crazy to look back at pictures we took even just a few weeks ago and see how much she has changed. We are soaking her up and trying to get in a grove of a routine :)
When Adalynn was about 3 weeks old, we unfortunately had to make another appearance at the doctor's office. She started wheezing pretty hard and having trouble breathing. We took her into the pediatrician to find out that she had croup! Poor girl :( And also to add to that, she had thrush which are white sores in her mouth. She got a single dose of medicine for her croup in the office, and we had to give her several doses a day to clear up her thrush. So hard to see her sick and at only 3 weeks! It is hard enough to adjust to sleeping and daily schedules, let alone adding sickness to that. She was a trooper though and is doing much better!
Snuggling with mom while she is sick
Here are a few shots from her first month!
Heading out shopping with mom all dressed in ladybugs :)
Milk drunk and all smiles! Look at those little rolls beginning to form!
Even though she HATED her first bath, she now doesn't mind them :) Such a cute little chunk coming out of the tub in her towel!
Came out of the bathroom to find this one night! Love her little ruffle butt and smushy face! She loves to cuddle up and fall asleep on dad's chest where it is nice and warm!
Hard to get anything done when I just want to snuggle our little princess!
So smiley all morning and then zonked out!
Came out from brushing my teeth one night to find these 2 giggling in our bed! SO precious :)
One thing she is known for her is her projectile poops! We were just about to leave to go watch Jordan play basketball...... and then THIS happened! Yikes!
Looking like a million bucks for church! Adalynn felt the need to contribute in Sunday school with extremely loud burps and farts! Good thing she is cute! :)
Of course the photographer in me just had to get some one month shots of our sweet girl! I hope to be able to do it every month till she is 1 so we can see how much she is changing! After an hour in the afternoon of pictures, she was zonked out asleep! Oh it is a rough life having a photographer for a mom!
Here are her 1 Month pictures :)

when daddy comes home
her binki
snuggling
sleeping with her arms over her head
having a blanket snuggled by her face
hanging out with mom
She {HATES}....
being in her carseat
being having her arms swaddled in a blanket
having her or her feet covered up (she kicks all her blankets off)
cold bottles
laying in her swing
not being held
having a headband with a bow put on her head
Funny {QUIRKS}....
ALWAYS making faces! Seriously tons and tons of all different faces that are hilarious!
ALWAYS grunting.... that is her way of saying that whatever you are doing or whatever is going on, she doesn't like! Constantly ugggghhhh, ugggggggghhhh, uh! Even in her sleep she grunts!
She is known for her loud and projectile poops and farts. TMI I know! But it is hilarious! She takes after her daddy's booty :) Blowouts up the back or out the sides are an everyday thing...yikes!
Her burps are extremely loud and long! You can hear them in a room full of people!
When her diaper is being changed or she is being dressed when she is hungry or cranky, she kicks her right leg non-stop to try and make you stop. Dad calls her thumper when she does this!
Goes cross eyed often
She is such a precious little girl packed with some serious attitude! We just love her :) On to month #2. Can't wait to see how much more she changes and the new things we get to experience with her!
