October 2017 {Part ONE}

October was jam packed with all sorts of trips and fun! SO much fun that it has to be split up in a few posts!! Here goes part ONE :)

Savannah is such a happy girl always!

Can't. get. enough. snuggles!!

Ugh teething is hard work... Up every 2 hours just for extra snuggles with mom.

The struggle is REAL on Jordan's "work from home" days! He needs an office.....

Morning Preschool Workbook Shenanigans :) She was a total rockstar! Such a smartie pants!

My lap is always full, but not as much as my heart <3

We headed back to Moulton Falls Bridge with more friends to walk the trail and have a picnic! Gorgeous weather! All the kids were quite the little explorers. Adalynn was thrilled to collect another leaf bouquet, race the trail with Beckham, peek over the bridge, and just be outside ❤ It was such a fun day! Grateful for these fun mom friends of mine that have been so sweet to me and our family! We keep each other sane in this crazy journey of motherhood.

A highlight of our outing today was caterpillars! There was tons on the trail and the kids all wanted to hold their very own.

My favorite pic from the trail, just me and the girls. Love them!

Fun sister moments! Ugh how did we ever live without them?! They sure love each other!

Just a little PSA... Frozen Yogurt tastes better in your pajamas... It was a sweet ending to a crummy day! She was in heaven!

We were dyin'... Savannah found her tongue.... and is ALWAYS reminding us of her lungs too :)

So grateful for our little rainbow baby! She blesses our lives so much and ALWAYS has a smile for me when I can't seem to find my own ❤

Curly hair nap problems, the struggle is real! Matted exactly where she slept ha ha

Oooo that one looks healthy, I'll take one lol

We officially have a roller!

The sleep pictures of Adalynn are dwindling, but boy is she still as cute as ever! Always has someone to snuggle with in her bed :)

We attempted the pumpkin patch and had a ton of fun....until it poured when it was time to go out into the field to pick our pumpkin! We were so bummed, but went back again on Monday We did have fun seeing the animals, pumpkins, and games though!!

Adalynn got a new kitchen and had fun whipping up all kinds of dishes for us to eat :) My favorite was her cheeseburger salad! Love her imagination!

Play Doh fun and snuggling after church! Such a great day!

I could take one of these EVERY single night. She always is so peaceful an relaxed. Something I will cherish and remember forever. Rocking our babies to sleep every night!

Savannah was 2 weeks late getting her 4 month well ✔ and shots because her pediatrician was on vacation, but we made it happen! She was 20lbs 9oz  (99th percentile) and 25.5in long (88th percentile)  Still trying to wrap my head around the fact that she is headed into 12 month clothes and size FIVE diapers! Those chunky thighs and that Buddha belly is NO JOKE! She was a champ with shots... until night came, but more about that later...

So smiley! That cute face melts me!!

Second time was the charm at the pumpkin patch, minus the rain this time! The girls had a blast together and the weather was perfect. It was all fun and games until the horse in the petting zoo bit Adalynn! It scared her more than anything and she was a champ about it.

Sunset on the ride home from the patch was so awesome!

Poor Savannah wanted to jump and be happy so bad, but her poor legs were so sore from shots and she wasn't feeling so great either. She would jump and then laugh followed by a quickering lip and crying trying to hold it together. So hard!

Savannah was really fussy before bed and was not feeling so good. Leave it to her big sister to walk in the room and say, "Mom! Bring my sister in my room, and I will read her my faaaaaavorite book Llama Llama Red Pajama. That will make her feel better!!" Those are the moments that make all the sassy days and tantrums {WORTH IT} ❤❤❤ She has so much thoughtfulness and love in that little heart of hers!

Ugh 12 hours straight were nothing short of exhausting. Having sick littles is HARD!! Optimistically, we got about 2 hours of sleep. Savannah woke up miserable around 230am burning up with a 101 fever reaction from her shots. It took 2 hours of snuggling her in just her diaper and 100 verses of "wheels on the bus"to keep her from crying. This mama heart of mine was totally broken. After that, Adalynn was in our room every 30min for one reason or another and then up for good at 630am. I needed to make a quick run to Target around 8am before Adalynn's friend Ruby came over to play. I asked Adalynn to go put her jacket on, but came back in to find she had thrown up all over her carpet....Poor girl! Her response after throwing up? "But mom, I WANTED to go to Target!!!" HA HA!!! Oh yes you read that right! Her love for Target is fierce and so is the apparent flu she has. 3 Adalynn throw ups in the first 1.5 hrs, a canceled playdate, and a still feverish little squish... You better believe I had a Dr. Pepper on the rocks before 10 o'clock even hit!

Just watching the Laker's game, nbd :)

Snazzy in sunglasses!

She had her hat, backpack, phone, and sunglasses to go on an adventure!

Adalynn's Preschool did an open house to come watch how their day usually goes when we aren't there :) Adalynn got to be circle time helper!

Sweet Savannah :)

Next stop in October? Boise/Twin Falls!
