Our Christmas Card {2016}

Merry Merry Christmas, how is it December?
2016 has been a whirlwind, but definitely a year to remember.
Jordan kicked off January with a bang; All his hard work paid off;
He was awarded Territory Manager of the Year with Ecolab, & many other changes were about to take off.
Just when we were really settled into Boise, God had other plans;
Jordan took a sales promotion in the Portland Area, and we took a leap of faith knowing we would be in good hands.
It wasn’t easy getting here & being far away from family is hard,
But Jordan is thriving & home so much more, this promotion for us has really been the ace card.
We enjoyed a gorgeous Summer and fell in love with the Oregon Coast;
Exploring all the Pacific Northwest has to offer has been what we have loved the most.
June brought a much anticipated trip with family, Lake Powell was a total blast;
19 people on a houseboat, the week flew by way too fast.
A few thousand pictures taken and so many wild stories to retell;
Gorgeous sunsets, Rainbow Bridge, & all the boat runs we remember so well.
Adalynn turned 2 in April and is going on 21;
So much personality and smarts, all she does is run.
Disney is her language, she knows all the characters by name;
She loves to shop, cook, swim, & anything girly is fair game.
We traveled all Summer and it still just wasn’t enough;
We jumped on a plane to California because accepting the coming cold weather was tough.
We spoiled our princess with her first trip to Disneyland, the magic in her eyes was unreal;
Characters, Parades, & Rides; It was quite the ordeal.
If that wasn’t enough fun, we came home to the best answered prayer;
We are expecting a rainbow baby girl in May, we are excited beyond com pare.
Adalynn talks non-stop about being a big sister, she is always checking the baby’s “heartbeep”;
We can’t wait to be a family of FOUR, these are the things that make life incredibly sweet.
Slow down the hustle and bustle, hug your loved ones tight;
Soak in the Christmas spirit and spread the Savior’s light.
Home is being with your family, and from our home to yours,
Merry Christmas to all our loved ones and may the new year be better than ever
before.

Love,
Jordan, Elise, & Adalynn
