I am so excited to blog August! Like the last few months of our Summer shenanigans, this month was packed with so much fun! We love warm weather Summers and playing hard! We had so much fun in August that I have to split it up into {SEVERAL} posts..... Wowzers! Here we go!
The first weekend in August we partied with Jordan's family for his sister, Kerin's birthday! They were coming to visit and we celebrated with a cake and floating the Boise River. Her official birthday wasn't till the following week, but we all were together in Boise, so we made it count! Little did she know that one of her presents from us would bring her BACK to Boise the next week to do the waterpark with us!
While Jordan's family was visiting, Justin came up as well so he could shadow Jordan at work for a school project. Adalynn had a ball taking over his lap while he attempted to play XBOX with Jordan :)
Even a mound of toys doesn't stop her from climbing to be able to see the horses in the pasture behind our house! She points excitedly saying horsey! horsey!
Nothing like an amazing sunset on a bike ride! #IdaHOME
Such a bath lover!! Can't get enough of that smile!
Hard to believe this girl is 15 months!! Attempted to take a cute pic to document this milestone and after several tries of not what I had in mind, I scored this freakin cute smirk picture that totally captures her little sassy personality. We sure love our Adalynn girl!!
Just HAVE to document funny and cute things like this :)
While Justin was up in Kuna with us, one night him and Jordan were playing PS3 and so Adalynn and I headed outside to have some fun :) Adalynn's first time helping wash the car! I couldn't help but snap a million cute pictures of her excitement! It was only appropriate to wash her car with mine ha ha! Such a fun night...
She always disappears and I walk in her room to find this.... Always a pile of books with her sitting in the middle reading one so contently!
With only one day left of Justin visiting, we HAD to make a trip to the waterpark on Tuesday! We grabbed a bite to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings beforehand and Adalynn must have known where we were going because she was sure on her best behavior with this face!
Who would have thought that she would be such a wild sleeper just like me?! Feet in the slats and all... What a crazy girl!
I love afternoons full of this cute smile and lots of play! Caught her in the act :)
These Summer Kuna skies are so breathtaking! It was a refreshing view before we had company to play for the weekend!
My family came up to go boating at Lucky Peak for the weekend and we also got a little visit from some of my cousins from Idaho Falls! Adalynn had a ball pushing Dawson around on her car and playing toys with him :) Fun to have cousins that keep in touch and visit!
Stay tuned for our Lucky Peak weekend that will be a WHOLE post of its own.... Because it was just that EPIC!!
