Adalynn is 2 1/2

Our little girl is growing so fast, I can hardly believe that another 6 months has already FLOWN by! I have been dying to get some fall pictures of her and it has rained nonstop lately. We got a random day of sunshine and warmer weather so I took advantage and stole a few shots! She is the BEST little girl ever that has stolen our hearts forever <3 She is so amazing and has the BIGGEST heart! Boy does she love fiercely. We are so grateful to have her!!

The last little dab of {SEPTEMBER} 2016

Between my family coming and our California trip to Disneyland, September has already been pretty awesome! Here is the last little bits and in between snaps of September!

Adalynn has started dance class on Thursdays with Miss Darcie and is having a ball! She looks forward to going every week and her friend Ruby is also in her class :) She is always singing songs from dance and practicing her "pizza feet" for first position! Her favorite part of class is when she gets to put on her tap shoes and make a bunch of crazy noise.... who woulda though?! ha ha! Here are a few snaps from her classes.

Goober is such a cute napper!

Family prayer every night is precious with this little princess! No she doesn't always sit still or be quiet, but she tries hard! I had to sneak a pic... She really is my best friend and teaches me what life is all about everyday. Her innocence and unconditional love make me grateful more than ever that I get to be her mom!

Daddy was out of town, so we hit up the castle after sleeping in, lunch date, and a few errands! We party hard while dad is away, but we sure miss him!

All wore out after the castle and ALWAYS sleeping with her arms over her head! lol

Yep.. This totally happened right when September started and it has been a beautiful thing!

Couldn't resist any longer... Her goofy on the toilet faces and giggles are the absolute best! I don't get what is so hilarious about going to the bathroom.....

Playdate at the mall and I was dying laughing at her silliness :)

Jordan finally got back from his 3 day business trip, and Adalynn was dying to snuggle with him and watch Little Mermaid. He managed the snuggling part, but was snoring 5 min later... Too cute!!

Her toy of choice to take to Target... Mary Poppins called, she wants her hat back! #chooseyourbattlesright

C'mon, doesn't EVERYONE cook in their apron and underwear? ha ha!!! She handed me a cake that she baked and said, "Happy Mother's Day!!" And then she said she was going to make me some strawberry pancakes. Smart girl, dessert first! She has the best little imagination!

Spent a beautiful Saturday morning eating Krispy Kreme outside! That face says life is good :)

I LOVE Saturdays like this! Enjoyed a 5 mile bike ride on the greenbelt!

On our ride, we found a fun little stream and bridge! Adalynn was thrilled to splash in the water and gather rocks. She even got to ride home naked because her shorts were all wet from the stream :)

Definitely counted my blessings and felt watched over and protected by Heavenly Father after this crazy incident happened! Decided to run a few places while Jordan and Adalynn were napping. On the way home, in the middle of the freeway, the back tire on Jordan's car completely shredded off down to the rim, causing me to swerve, but thankfully not wreck. I was shaking when I pulled off to the shoulder, wondering what I was going to do being all by myself. I hadn't even been pulled over 20 seconds, when a young guy stopped to help me who was on his way home from paint balling and used to work at a Tire shop. He had it changed in 10 min. flat and the only payment he would take was to do something nice for something else ! My heart was so touched and in awe of such Christlike service to a random girl like me. Because of him, I got to come home to my husband and baby girl safe and sound. Feeling extremely blessed and very thankful for that sweet willing angel who just happened to be at the right place at the right time!

 I asked Adalynn if I could wash her favorite flower blankie... She grabbed it really fast and crawled under her bed so I wouldn't wash it ha ha!! She is such a little spit fire!

I was totally dying laughing at this moment... Hard to see it, but Jordan and Adalynn both are under our kitchen table. Adalynn kept coming up with every reason under the sun as to what was "under" the table that Jordan needed to go get. No matter how hard he told her no, she hard core convinced him time and time again and he ended up right back under the table! Everything from spiders to bugs to food to you name it! Oh my you had to be there.... She is no joke!

Oh you know, the essentials while mom gets her hair done! She loves her juice and tablet :)

So fun to have a girl! She is my partner in crime! We both got our nails done for our Disneyland vacation!

Oh ya know, just crashing daddy's tradeshow!

Everyday after I get her dressed, she sprints to go "show daddy". He tells her how pretty she is and she smiles as wide as she can ;) It is pretty darn special.

Jordan finally got his boy! ha ha!! His name is Buzz.... Totally dying over that cute smile!!

Today was one of those days that I just never wanted to end...We soaked in our last 86 degree day and had so much fun together! Picnic at the park, swings, feeding the ducks, and a pretty Fall walk too. My heart is full!

Jordan sold a resort on the coast a few months ago in Ocean Shores. He had to go back to tie up some loose ends for a few days and we got to tag along again! We were SO excited!! Quick pit stop and back on the road. This girl is a traveling trooper!

We made it! This place is so close to my heart and speaks to my soul. Right after I miscarried a few months ago, we were here, and ever since then, it has been a really special place for me that gave me so much healing during that heartbreaking time.

Beachfront room with a breathtaking view! Jordan headed off to work, and Adalynn and I explored the beach!

Had to pry her away from the beach to take an afternoon nap. Big fluffy hotel beds are the best!

Did I mention how incredible the views are?! I could be out there for hours just snapping pics of the shoreline! Never disappoints!

I was so bummed I didn't make it out in time for the amazing hot pink sunset! I was stuck in the elevator.. Yep you read that right... STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR! Ugh yeah not cool. But seriously, the sun was literally on fire while it was setting! A neon bright ORANGE!

Daddy finished his day and made it up to Adalynn with a fun dip in the big pool! Pretty sure I'll just call them fish 1 and fish 2 ;)

Out like a light. We LOVE Ocean Shores!

Morning beach shenanigans! Can't beat starting off the day walking by the water and writing in the sand with my favorite girl! We also got to see tons of sea creatures, even a HUGE live jellyfish moving its tentacles!

We met up with Jordan for lunch and Adalynn was so excited to see him, she snuggled fiercely on his shoulder for-everrrrrr!

Finished off the tail end of our trip with a gorgeous walk exploring, picking flowers, crunching leaves, and cherishing those special moments with my little girl!

Jordan met up with us at the end of the trail and walked back to the car with us. Of all the pictures I managed to snag on our walk, this one gave me ALL the feels!!!
