Adalynn is {ELEVEN MONTHS}

Well Adalynn just keeps growing and growing... and now 11 months old already! Sheesh!
This post is a little behind, but her pictures were however taken on time ;) Between company and sickness and more company and trips, I'm lucky to find time to unpack and make dinner! Hard to believe that this time next month, we will be partying for her FIRST birthday!

Here is all about our little girl at 11 months!!

Decided to step outside of the box a little for this month's pictures and take them at the pool! Which is why there is only a few :) Either Adalynn was gonna take a swim or my camera was!

-Now drinking whole milk and loves it
-Almost completely weaned from her bottle, only has a few ounces of milk at night before bed
-such a happy happy girl that loves to play!

{QUIRKS & STORIES}
-Quite the independent and feisty little girl! Always wanting to do it herself
-So curious and getting into and exploring EVERYTHING
-beings that she loves to pull herself up on everything, she goes up to little kids at church and pulls and holds onto their dress to pull herself up to stand. ha ha!
-She knows when you tell her no, but if she knows it it something she shouldn't be doing, she will do it WHILE looking right at you just to get a rise out of you.... yeah we are in trouble! This includes trying to touch/claw the TV and scratching our leather couches....
-She is obsessed with being in the kitchen. She crawls super fast in there and good luck chasing her as she makes her way between the oven drawer, the tupperware drawer, the garbage, the pots and pan cupboard, the lazy susan cupboard, under the sink cupboard and the towel drawer. WHEW! For every one thing I am trying to accomplish, she undoes 5 other things!

{SPRING} is here! {February,March,April}

Oh boy I can't believe its been a month and a half since I have updated the blog! Geez time flies...... All I can do to keep up with everything!

April is here and our little girl turns {ONE} this month! What??!!!!! That is just crazy....
Anyways, due to not blogging for quite a while, you are in for a real treat :) Remember those books when you were a kid that you just loved to look at all the pictures? Well welcome to this blog post then! Nothing short of a bazillion pictures with very few words!

End of February first :)

Our pretty little princess is always growing up and changing!

Along with loving being in the Boise/Merdian area, we are LOVING the amazing sunsets that Idaho brings!

After a serious couch fiasco while living in our new house, we have ended up going through about 4 sets of couches. Crazy! Well one of the sets we needed help getting it delivered, so my family came up in hopes of watching some Bruin Girls State Basketball and helping us. Unfortunately the Bruin Girls didn't make the finals, but we hung out and had fun up here anyways!

Lunch at Famous Daves! Family fun :)

We were out shopping and needed a milkshake! Of course Grandma had to share with Adalynn! She was in heaven :)

This girl eats EVERYTHING! She added avocados and hot dogs to her list of faves at this meal!

Teething has done quite the number on Adalynn! A good long afternoon nap turned her frown upside down though! All smiles :)

A little Tuesday morning shopping with mom. We love Target!

You can definitely tell the she played hard! Too tired to even turn over on her belly!

The wind had been crazy cold and we ran to get a drink at the gas station. It was warm and sunny, so I stopped to let Adalynn swing ;) Only a few minutes later, the freezing wind came up and we had to head home. So much for warmth, but it was a fun few minutes!

With all the windy days, Adalynn is dying to go play outside! Everyday she looks out the back slider and pounds on the front door to go outside. Hurry up Summer!

Adalynn sure loves when Daddy comes home from work!

Bedtime stories with daddy. Melted my heart! #theresawocketinmypocket

Shop till you drop.... literally! Such a cutie <3 Love having a shopping buddy

She is such a morning girl! Full of smiles and playing peek-a-boo behind the couch :) At least one of us is a morning person! (featuring our 3rd set of couches...)

Again, this girl LOVES to eat! She devoured pork chops, cauliflower, and pasta in the blink of an eye! She must love her mama's cooking! We are such proud parents!

So I can count on one hand how many date nights we have had just me and Jordan since Adalynn was born.... It is hard! I surprised Jordan with a fun date night and a babysitter for Adalynn so we could go to Monster Jam! We had so much fun and it was great to just relax and be together!

Again, Spring weather has been brutally cold and windy and rainy :( Jordan had to do a call on the weekend at the Village in Meridian, so I bundled Adalynn up and tried to let her swing for a bit while we waited. Nevertheless, she was happy to just be outside!

I forgot what it's like to go to the bathroom alone..... #himom

We have a little fish on our hands! She hears the bath water running and comes crawling super fast into the bathroom to watch the water run :) She sure loves bath time!

A little Sunday stroll to the park! Little missy loves the swings!

A little baking fun after naptime. She knows where the goods are at! Such cute bedhead that only a mommy can love :)

So obsessed with sleeping pictures of our princess! Tuckered out from a hard day of play!

This is what happens when daddy changes your diaper......Whoops! A for effort though right?!

Life is too short to not play in mommy and daddy's bed with your pants on your head. Kids are so much fun! Makes you appreciate the little fun moments so much more!

10 months old, this girl is cuter than ever!!! Such a big girl! All grown out of her 12 month clothes and into 18 month clothes.... She is a tall one like her daddy!

Growing up, my family loved to go to the Bruin Boys Basketball games. Everyone but my dad went to TFHS, so it is a little piece of home for us :) The Bruin boys came up to Boise for state, so we got to go to the games! We headed up to the first game on Thursday and my family was coming up that weekend to watch the rest. So fun! Bruin girl at heart!

We won the first game in overtime and were so excited to move on! Adalynn was quite the little clapper and cheerleader which led to this on the ride home.... #diehardbruinfans

My family came up that night and Adalynn was having fun playing patty cake with Grandma :) Those curls and those eyes are to die for!

All that cheering and playing is hard work!

Back for the next game and ready to cheer on the boys!

Hanging with Grandma and Grandpa. So fun to have family close!

Snuggling with Grandpa

Adalynn was such a trooper for the game, but finally conked out on my chest. Must have been really tired because she never does that! So lucky to have the BEST baby :)

Again, more eating! She is an insinkerator! This time she is downing 6 mini pancakes and half of a banana

Every day I look at her and think that I couldn't possibly love her more than I do at that moment and the next day comes and I find myself saying the same thing, loving her even more than before! My heart is so full of love for this sweet girl that I can't imagine ever living life without! She followed me all over this morning as I cleaned my craft room and did some house stuff, all while giggling, dancing, and full of smiles! I'm so grateful for this crazy beautiful life of being a mom and I don't think I could ever hug her hard enough to express how much I love her!

Enjoying a glimpse of warm weather! Short sleeves, no jacket, and open toed shoes... YES!

Jordan DVR's The Voice for me so I can see it when I have time during the day. I was catching up on the episodes and Adalynn was cracking me up watching too! When the music came on, she would start dancing and when someone would come out, she would start clapping, and when they were done she would wave and say bye bye when they walked off the stage! I think she was more of the entertainment!

Yay for cute spring clothes and this perfect and gorgeous baby girl!

Out running errands and took a break for some lunch. At 10 months, little Adalynn had her {FIRST} happy meal! She loved her chicken nuggets, cutie oranges, and apple juice :) And of course she was thrilled to get a barbie toy!

The amount of pictures I have of her cute self in a shopping cart... yeah we just won't go there. How can I resist with that cute smile!

HEAT WAVE!!! I thought the car temp was off and it was actually right! I'll take it!

Soaking in some serious snuggles with this girl! Time flies way too fast! Love that little tongue of hers that is always out!

During the heat wave streak, we soaked up some sun and went to the park! SO grateful to be home with this cute girl to be able to do fun things with her! Can you tell she is excited?!

Snacking on some puffs in the grass :) She is deathly afraid of sitting or touching the grass so she stayed right on my lap and didn't dare step off the blanket. Too funny!

Park buddies <3

Adalynn LOVES her toothbrush. When I say LOVES and I mean REALLY loves her toothbrush! She even cries when you take it away to go to bed!

Brush Brush Brush

Stir fried some Zucchini for Adalynn for lunch. She LOVED it and ate it all! Veggie girl like her mama :) No pickiness here!

Saturday silliness!

Jordan's dad came to Boise and go to lunch and the park, but a rainy Saturday ruined our park plans so we just snuggled at home!

Where do I start with church with this little booger! SOOO challenging! Needless to say, we spend lots of time in the mothers room and she can't get enough of the mirror in there to make faces in. Nursery age can't come soon enough!

Another tooth has arrived for Adalynn! More chompers to devour food with :) Can't believe how big and grown up she is in this picture! Such a sweet girl!

As happy as I was to leave Lewiston, I miss a lot of people there! Hard to find good friends! Adalynn and I decided to take a little roadtrip during the week to visit friends in Lewiston for a few days. What a blast! Jam packed with fun!

Headed out and ready to ride! We borrowed a portable DVD player so she could watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and some fun Disney movies too :) I was a little scared about the 5 hour drive by myself, but she was great!

Headed to the dental office the next morning to surprise the girls. Ahh I miss all of them! So great to go back!

Adalynn played hard with so many friends and then crashed hard too :) Pretty in purple!

Kirby and I went through pregnancy together with our first babies and now they are growing up!

Carter and Adalynn had so much fun playing together being only a MONTH apart in age! Wish we lived closer to see them more often!

Made some time to go to McDonalds with Oakley, Rylan, and Allie! Oakley loved having Adalynn stay at her house. She followed her around pointing bay-beeeee!! Oh how we miss Allie and Jon!

A new trick that she started while we were up in Lewiston... Taking her pants off when she slept! Oh boy we have a wild one!

Went to visit Kim and Greg too :) More play for Adalynn with Isaac and Remi! Remi was in heaven finally getting the sister she has always wanted to play with!

Too short of a trip and we were homebound a few days later. What a good little traveler she was! As much as would have liked to stay a little longer, we missed daddy and Uncle Nolan was coming to visit!

Stopped for a quick break in New Meadows, at A&W to get some lunch. She was cracking up at everyone and was thrilled to be out of the car to eat. Always an entertainer wherever we go! Blessed to have such a cheerful spirited girl :)

Costco was just too much to handle for this girl!

Loves to climb over daddy and wrestle with him. I had to laugh as she fiercely climbed over him with the little crab on the butt of her pants.... Now that is a crab tackle for sure!

Time to eat again! Chicken Alfredo and asparagus for the win! Nailed it....

We weren't planning on being in Twin Falls for Easter, so Grandma and Grandpa Morrow sent a special Easter package for miss Adalynn! Such a spoiled girl :)

Daddy came home for lunch and played with her Easter goodies with her! Those little bunny ears just kill me ha ha

Out for a quick oil change.... Quality control at its finest!

March starts the birthday train for many upcoming birthdays! Daddy's first and Adalynn added a little extra love when we baked his cake :)

TA DA!!!!!! We are ready to party!

{BIG} Happy Birthday shout out to my sweet hubby turning the big 28 today!! Can't imagine life without his kindness, love, selflessness, humor, spontaneity, hard work, companionship, dedication, and generosity. Such a great husband and dad who deserves a day just as fun and special as he is! Excited to spend the day together celebrating! Happy birthday babe! I am so happy you were born!!

Headed out for a fun birthday day with Jordan and realized that we were twinners in Mint!

Lunch and birthday dessert at Famous Daves, Daddy's favorite BBQ!

It was a beautiful day to break out the bike seat for the first time on Jordan's bday! She loved it! We rode around and even went to the park.

Happy Birthday to you! 28 never looked so good :)

Company visiting means bath time in mom and dad's tub! She loves how big it is to crawl around in!

Jordan's mom and sister came to visit and this little girl played hard! Recharging with a nap. She is to die for in those cute little plaid shorts :)

She is always cracking us up! Loving some jumper time and apparently guarding the door too!

Another month flew by and just like that, she is now 11 months! Came into her room to find her chillin in her chair with a book. She looked up like hey mom, just reading a book! Too funny! 11 month stats and post to follow this one :)

And the pantsless trend continues! An hour after going to bed, Adalynn woke up and started crying in her bed. That is very out of the ordinary for this all night sleeper, so I went in her room and found this... No pants. Again. Oh man that smile and giggle is contagious! She keeps me on my toes! Good thing summer is coming to support her naked preference

Oh just sharing a Costco salad for lunch with this cutie before we grocery shop! Perfection!

On the way out, I splurged and shared an icecream with her. We were BOTH in heaven :)

SO fun to watch all the little things that Adalynn discovers on a daily basis. This day, she watched as the crazy wind threw leaves in whirlwinds and the trees moved fiercely back and forth! She was totally and completely mesmerized!

Look who came to visit us in Boise all the way from Lewiston! The Hemmerts! Kim and the kids came down during Spring Break for some fun and the kids had a ball playing together!

Because we don't have enough pictures of Adalynn in the swing..... How can I resist that cute face?!

Snuggles after waking up from nap. I live for these little moments of fun!

While the Hemmerts were visiting, we went to the place that we love to swim, the Boise YMCA! I decided to take my fancy camera to take Adalynn's 11 month pictures while we were there. I almost dunked it a few times chasing this fast little booger, but we had so much fun! I snapped a few for her 11 month pictures and then put it away. We played in the pool, went down the big waterslide, and played in the water fountains!

She LOVES mirrors! We had some fun when we were headed to change out of our swimsuits!

Where do I know you from?!

Ohhhh I know you!!!

After a light cough for a few days, it went downhill and a hurry. What a rough night! Up ALL night crying, screaming, and even ending up on our bed. Poor sick girl! The next day, we headed down to Twin Falls for Easter, and had her seen there by a pediatrician. She had a nasty case of croup and it has been a rough recovery. Little ones sick is so hard!

Not only was it Easter weekend, but my cousin Caleb is now home from his mission!!!! They came up to Twin Falls for Easter as well and to see everyone. With that many people, we of course had to get together for a little basketball game and some lightning :)

Adalynn's first Easter Bunny visit and she nailed it! No tears and she was looking all around, I couldn't even steal a smile from her! This was the best. I'll take what I can get!

The Easter Bunny followed her to Grandma's house and spoiled her! Mickey Mouse Clubhouse books and CD along with fishies and a new shirt :)

Life gets so hectic and busy and sometimes I take for granted my little family. I have an amazing husband that works so hard to provide for our family and is a such a great dad to Adalynn. He works long hours so that I can stay home with her and we can still enjoy trips and nice things. I dreamed forever of having a family of my own and even though we have our fair share of trials, I love being a wife and a mom to these two!

Love these brothers of mine!

Couldn't have asked for a better family to call mine!

Kissess from Grandpa... She just loves him!

ALSO while we were in Twin for Easter, I had a few sessions with my cousin Sarah for Senior Pictures and with my Aunt and Uncle for family pictures now that Caleb is home!

After a fun weekend in Twin Falls, we headed home and Uncle Nolan came the next day to hang with Jordan and make some plans :) Lunch at Blaze! My favorite!

Such a playful little girl this morning! So thrilled to be playing with toys in the tub :) Her smile and cute personality is so contagious! She really is the BEST baby!

Well I am sure you are pictured out, I even am! On to the rest of the preparations for Miss Adalynn's big first birthday bash at the end of the month! We will see if I make it ;) Lots of projects still to complete and everything must color coordinate! Should be fun!

Love,
Jordan and Elise
