Honeymoon in P.A.R.A.D.I.S.E {Hawaii 2012}

I'm finally getting on to blog our amazing honeymoon!!! It may be rather long, but its hard to pick and choose! We got to go to Oahu, Hawaii for our honeymoon and spend a whole week in paradise! It was beyond awesome and we got to do sooo many cool things :)

We stayed at the Aston Waikiki Hotel right on Waikiki Beach :) The first picture below was the view from our balcony! It was breathtaking to wake up to the ocean every morning!

At the pier watching the boogie boarders

We visited the Internation Marketplace which was similar to a swapmeet and it had sooo many Hawaii Souvenirs! It also had huge Coy fish in a pond at the entrance.

On the bus headed to our dinner cruise and polynesian show on the Ali' Catamaran

Walking around on the ship after dinner

We are kinda cute together huh ;)

While we visited the Polynesian Culture Center on the other side of the Island, we stopped at the Laie, Hawaii LDS Temple and it was BREATHTAKING! The flowers on the grounds were gorgeous, the fountains and statues were amazing, and you could really feel the spirit!

Yes a bird pooped on me in mid walk! I was freaking out and Jordan was laughing sooo hard! YUCK!

All tuckered out and takin an afternoon nap

Well that is a few pictures from the 604 that I took that week! It will be hard narrowing down what pictures to scrapbook! We had such a good time just being together and having the time of our lives :) Such a great way to start off a marriage! Hopefully one day we can go back and do more! We left our hearts in Hawaii <3

Our BIG day! {7.7.2012}

I know it has taken me a loooong time to blog our big day, but needless to say, things have been super super hectic!!! Between the wedding and moving and honeymoon, I have barely seen my computer!
Anyways, our big day was amazing and beautiful! 7.7.12 I married my best friend! We were pretty scared about the weather because it had been thunderstorming the week of the wedding up until the day before, but we pulled through and it turned out great :)
I took Jordan's sister Kerin to pick up Jordan in Boise on Thursday. We shopped and ate good good and it was a good girls afternoon :) Friday, the women worked their tails off prepping food and decorations. It was fun to get all the girls together for the day since I was about ready to pull my hair out at that point. The weather was pouring, orders had fallen through, and parts from the party rental place were missing. We powered through it and got everything put together eventually though so we could enjoy the big day!
The morning of, the sun was shining and it was a beautiful morning for the wedding! We both wrote letters to each other to read that morning while we were getting ready. We each had our separate rooms so we couldn't see each other and the anticipation was killing us! I was on the verge of passing out because my dress was laced up too tight :) haha The ceremony was beautiful and we were so happy to spend it with a big group of great friends and family!
Between the wedding and reception that night, there was lots to do! We visited with family at the luncheon right after the wedding, and then had to get to work setting up for the reception :) It was soooooooooo hot outside that afternoon!! The sweat was pouring down all our faces! In the end, it turned out great and I will never forget it! We savored all the little moments and we couldn't be happier! We had amazing family and friends that helped out and we can't say thank you enough to them!
We topped off our big day a week later with our honeymoon to Hawaii!! It was paradise and we have lots and lots of pictures to share soon! Scroll down to see some pics from our wedding day and read more :)
